I live 4 miles away & ice cream was intact upon arrival . They place it in cups. If you get a waffle thats in separate cup to keep it fresh . The ice creams werea little melty at the edges of the cup since i live in the next town over but the portion was so big that you had plenty of perfect ice cream.
