California Roll was great for the traditional palate cleanser roll - much bigger than many restaurants I've ordered from. Dragon Roll was pretty good but a little slimy compared to other restaurants I've ordered from. Miso House Roll had great flavor but we expected a little more spice for the description. Flaming Mountain (tempura) was our favorite! So much flavor and the light tempura coating was delicious! Pork Gyoza was some of the best I've ever had! Hot and full of pork. Last and unfortunately least was the Crab Rangoon. It's imitation crab guys, why can't there be more in here? The filling was 90%+ cream cheese. Oh well everything else was outstanding! I'm guessing because it was the end of the night and closing while my food is being delievered, that someone gave me the left over scraps. For $6, I don't think the portion was in line with the price (even if it was fresh). I received 4 potstickers and they were dry and hard...not edible. When I moved on to the Ichiban Trio Bowl, I was already disappointed but it was decent. Unfortunately I don't see, the shrimp for the rice (that I paid extra for). The star of tonight was the Shrimp Tempura Roll, I would buy that again."

The Snow Crab Meat Gunkan, the crab meat tasted like the tinned crab meat you get at the grocery store, had the consistency of canned tuna. The Albacore Toro "Bintoro"* was just ok. The Yuzu Jalapeno Sweet Shrimp* had a delicious yet very subtle citrus flavor that made it lovely. The American Wagyu Gunkan* ..... I don't think it was wagyu, it was way overcooked and underwhelming. The Negitoro Hand Roll* was like a patè, taste was good but both hand rolls were very loose and fell apart. the Crispy Rice with Spicy Salmon* was good as well, nothing remarkable. The restaurant itself i would recommend going in person, maybe then it'd be better. the price point was fantastic for what you receive."

"Shrimp Spring Roll has been very good in the past with at least 2 shrimp inside . Today's order didn't seem to have any shrimp at all or very little. all other Sushi rolls were good. They always put one soy sauce packet in each sushi order Kikkoman Swift Fox soy sauce. it's very flavorful. I always ask for extra soy packets they put in no label clear soy sauce. it's terrible, basically dark salty water. I couldn't use them. This is the first time getting these substandard soy sauce packets in my past five orders. I definitely suggest trying the $5 California Roll on Wednesdays. Avocado Spring Roll is very tasty as well."

"Forgot the mushrooms :( I usually get my hibachi more on the plain side - chicken and/or steak, noodles, either white or fried rice and mushrooms. I was extremely disappointed when I saw they forgot the mushrooms. Especially considering I paid full price and didn't want the veggies or salad. had Mitos but thought I'd give it a chance. The chicken was flavorful and tender. There was too much teriyaki sauce on the noodles in my opinion. Wasn't really worth the $37 I paid. Likely wont order again."

"I've ordered from this food truck in person multiple times the same order made the same way. It's clear that they do not put effort into the food order unless you're in person. I ordered 2 chicken and rice and 1 shrimp and rice, they were horrible. The rice was hard and dry, they added to much pepper. I asked for no onions instead they decided not to put any vegetables at all. One of the chicken and rice had a few chicken pieces sprinked on time, not the same amount of meat as the other order. I will never order from this place online again, the service and quality is not the same. My food was horrible."
