The sauces are all great; I love tamarind always, and the sauce that comes with the Korma Deviled Eggs, which I loved more than I thought I would, looked like it would be spicy but it had a very mild and nice flavor. If you get the deviled eggs with shrimp, be aware they're crunchy-fried nicely but the shrimp still have the shell and legs on, to add some crunch to your culinary adventure. The Veggie Curry Flight and Protein Curry Flight are both lovely! Though this time it seemed the Dal Tarka (which I was looking forward to) was subbed for Butter Paneer.
