"It's been years since I have eaten at Kerby's, but my usual family-owned Coney Island is closed this week for a family vacation. I was out running errands and in the mood for Greek Salad. When I googled Kerby's on my phone, I clicked the DoorDash link and the app opened. (This is only my 4th time using DD and the ordering process was very easy.) I ordered the large Greek Salad with creamy Greek Dressing and no peppercinis. When I arrived, no cars were in the drive through, so I pulled up to the intercom. After I indicated that I was picking up a carryout order, the person on the intercom said to drive around to the window. When the person at the window handed me my order, she (nicely) said for DoorDash, next time I need to come inside. I picked up my order at around 1:25pm on a Monday and there were only six cars in the parking lot. It was after the lunch rush. When I got home, I discovered that the salad had 2 peppercinis on it. Yuck! I received 3 little containers of dressing. I'm not familiar with their dressing, but one tasted and looked like ranch. Next time, I will stick with the regular Greek dressing. The red onion was cut in thick chunks, not slivers or slices. Lots of yummy feta and beets, my favorites! I think I had 2 Greek olives. The pita was nicely grilled. Not a great experience today. Just okay. Being reprimanded to come inside to pick up my order just hit me the wrong way. That's one of the reasons I went there was because they have a drive through and I thought ordering in advance would be more convenient for everyone. "

"Martin's has been my go to for over 15 years. I work right down the road. I had to doordash this order and it was the most expensive breakfast ever, but very tasty.
