"When Fashion Taco was very new, I was working at the bank down the street from where they were parked on 1st Ave N in Eastlake. I walked over in my little suit almost everyday for lunch because I couldn't get enough of their chicharron tacos, which they simmer in a salsa verde until it's almost like candy. I gained about 10 lbs. and every ounce was worth it. I'm so excited they're on Doordash now! The chicharron is just as delicious as I remember."

I ordered the #1 Taco with Tender Belly bacon, scrambled eggs, and Monterey Jack cheese, along with the #4 Taco with chorizo, scrambled eggs, and Monterey Jack cheese. Unfortunately, the tacos themselves were disappointing.
I understand the concept of breakfast tacos and how the different ingredients are intended to work together to create a balanced flavor profile. In this case, however, the scrambled eggs, which made up most of the filling, had virtually no flavor. Even a small amount of salt or basic seasoning would have made a significant difference. It felt like the expectation was for the meat alone to flavor the entire taco.
The #1 taco contained only a single strip of bacon, while the #4 had a decent amount of chorizo. Even so, neither taco came together in a way that justified the price.
Overall, the value just wasn’t there. The ingredients may have been fresh, but the lack of seasoning and the portion of bacon left these tacos falling well short of expectations."
