"Got three sandwiches that were all quite sad --- no love put into them at all. I would have at least expected a nice dense high quality bread as you would expect for a place where the whole idea is centered around open-face sandwiches, but the "sour dough" seemed like it was a regular piece of sliced white bread and not even a decent loaf. My partner got something that had black beans on it and they tasted like they were poured directly out of the can and was accompanied by some brown, past-their-prime lime slices. Maybe it's my fault for choosing items that may not travel well for delivery, but I've gotten similar items elsewhere that were on par with the freshness you'd get in-person. I guess I don't get the point --- these didn't feel like open-face sandwiches as much as regular (uninspired) sandwiches missing the top half of the bread. They were still edible, but we'll cross this one off the list going forward."

"This was the most disappointing meal ive ever had. Ive noticed that Tonys food quality has been on a downhill slope for a while and today will be my last order. For $6 my tuna sandwich came on a crappy piece of white flaccid bread and a smear of tuna. Nothing else, no lettuce no tomato no nothing. The chili had maybe 3 beans in it and my husbands Double Cheeseburger with fries came with no fries and it was just two patties of meat on a bun, absolutely nothing else on it, and their website did not ask if we wanted any on it so we assumed it would be the standard burger add ons, nope. I dont know whats happening at Tonys , but it's nothing good."

"The bagels are tasty but theyre always messing up my order. I pay extra for the jam and cream cheese and they either put a tiny slather of it on the bagel or dont give it to me at all even if I paid for it. All of the other Bullfrog Bagel locations put the extra sauces/creams/jams in a seprate small container. This location will give you a slather on the bagel land then charge you $2.00 for the jam and $2.75 for the cream cheese. I put specific instructions on my order and they still ignore it. "

"It gave McDonald's quality with Nobu prices (~$20 total w/fee). The steak is so low quality. It's a flat piece of what I am assuming is beef it's not tender. It feels like something that would be given at middle school lunch for free. Would I order again absolutely not."
