I ordered the Monte Cristo with chicken and bacon add-ons, expecting them to be in the sandwich; as they had been, every other time. Instead, they were put in a separate box. So I had to put them on the sandwich. And due to the cheesy deliciousness of the sandwich, it wasn't easy to pry open. I also ordered the s'mores Single Little Wonders. This tasty waffle would have been amazing had it not been packaged in such a way that the toppings were mushed by the box lid and then stuck there when the box was opened. The décor was modest but functional — enough seating to feel inviting for dine-in, though also optimized for takeout or delivery. Clean lines, neutral tones, subtle accents that nod toward modern street food design. The staff greeted me with enough friendliness to feel welcome, but without overpromise. The ordering process was straightforward; there was clarity in the menu breakdown of bowls, add-ons, and spice levels. The wait time was reasonable (neither lightning fast nor frustratingly slow) — just enough to maintain freshness without making you anxious. Presentation & Packaging When my order arrived — a Chipotle Chicken Bowl and a Jerk Chicken Bowl — both items were neatly packed, compartments and foil or plastic dividers done well to avoid sogginess or spillage. The rice held its shape, the proteins were distinct, and the sauces or toppings were mostly contained. The smell was promising — smoky, spicy, with a slight char of grilled chicken and the tang of salsa or jerk marinade. The Chipotle Chicken Bowl Flavor & seasoning: The chipotle component lent a smoky, slightly spicy warmth that did not overwhelm.
