The chicken may not have been as dry if the pieces were smaller, but it also lacked a lot of the orange juice or gravy that is on them. They did not please the palate or the eye. The Moo Goo Gai Pan need more sauce or gravy as well.. there is no liquid to spoon up to put over my rice as it has in dishes past.
