"Mashed potatoes and biscuits were good. Chicken was overcooked and had been under the heat lamp way too long. It looked burnt. KFC is always hit and miss. The chicken was so dry the meat was already splitting open. You may save a little money by serving chicken past its fresh serving window but your savings will be offset by the loss of business. It will be a long time before we roll the dice again. If you want fried chicken call the Cracker Barrel. we have had theirs and quality better and more consistent."
