The appetizers, only one box was sent, portions were smaller overall and the potatoes were hard and not fully cooked. $52 and I'm dissatisfied. The julienned cucumbers add a nice crunch with the chewy noodles. Will definitely be ordering the noodles again. The A6. Steamed & Fried Pork Dumplings 猪肉水饺 (8) had more of a lightly air fried texture all over (sort of like a pizza roll). No crispy browned bottom like you get when you let them sit in a pan. Definitely no chew like when you steam fry dumpling wrappers. Will not be ordering these again. V7. Dry Chili Green Beans 干煸四季豆 were ok. They were not crisp tender like last time. I will do a quick stir fry to try and crisp them up. VERY salty this time. I can fix that by adding my own sauces. I've had these before and they were cooked perfectly. Inconsistent, but will order again. "
