"All three of us loved what we got. Build Your Own Brisket Burger was the size a burger should be. Cooked perfectly mid-rare. Both Chicken Gyro Wrap and West Coast Chicken Wrap were fresh and had a lot of flavor. The broccoli was a bit dry but the potato salad tasted homemade. We splurged and got 3 Chocolate Chip Cookies and 3 3 Specialty Cookies, so we could all try one of each. Great cookies! The chocolate chip had a slight crispy edge and it was very satisfying. The specialty was a white chocolate chip that had just a kiss of cinnamon sugar on top. Wonderful meal all around. Will be getting again soon."

Today, my DoorDasher called to inform me that my order would be delayed because the smoothie I ordered was unavailable. I appreciated the heads-up, but I was also told I’d be "hooked up" as a courtesy—yet my order arrived as-is, with no adjustments. I’ve noticed a recurring issue where my orders, especially for juice, are often canceled after waiting close to an hour. DoorDash drivers have mentioned waiting in-store for over 30 minutes, only to have my order canceled because making four juices was deemed "too much"—which is concerning for a juice shop. If four individual customers walked in, they wouldn’t be turned away, so I hope online orders can be treated with the same priority. Additionally, my açaí bowl was disappointing for the price—there was very little fruit and granola, making it feel incomplete. I share this feedback because I truly love this place and want to see it succeed. I hope improvements can be made so customers, both in-store and online, receive a consistently great experience."

"Absolutely DELICIOUS. I wanted to try the lemon chicken salad because lemon chicken is my favorite and I saw a review about it but after my third trip to CAVA in 2 weeks I've found my favorites! The grain bowl is the way to go and my absolute favorite toppings are the red pepper hummus, crazy feta, tomato + onion and pickled onion. The lemon vinaigrette is SO LEMONY and it's delicious! The skhug id never had before but I really enjoyed it - basically a Greek pesto. And the garlic dressing is a MUST I wish I could get a larger side of it. But the very best thing at CAVA is the pita crisps and red pepper hummus. I would go just for the sides. The only negative I have is the Greyston Blondie is almost $4 and it's TINY, it's decent but not worth the price. The cookie is better anyway. I'll definitely be back again and again- my new favorite!"
