Little Ceasers had a quality problem at all of its stores in town with overcooked items or undercooked to the point the bread isnt even cooked. In this instance things are clearly burnt and dried out. Possibly premade and setting in the warmer oven till an order came through. Little ceasers makes it very difficult to voice quality concerns about the food made. This went straight to the trash after giving it a chance. It wa just hard as a rock and poorly made.
