"1. Mazatlan did not include our Pico de Gallo. We were charged for it. 2. The chips were stale. 3. All of the food was highly salty. 4. No toppings came with any of the dishes; no lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, etc. 4. The rice had no real seasoning; very bland. All in all, the worst Mexican food we have had in a long time.
