They did not break at all, even after transportation, which says a lot about the quality. The caldo de gallina was rich, aromatic, and full of authentic flavor. The smell was incredible, and the taste was even better. The rice, vegetables, onion, and cilantro were all extremely fresh. You can truly taste the natural flavor of every vegetable in the broth, which tells me everything is prepared with great cleanliness and care. The natural lime water was fresh and perfect. The strawberry water was amazing — it tasted like real strawberries and was not overly sweet, just perfectly balanced. I’ve spent more money at other restaurants, and nothing compares to this place. Discovering Angelica’s Veracruz Cuisine is going to help me so much with my clean eating and complete nutrition for the gym. This is now my favorite place to eat healthy, clean, and delicious food.
