"This is the best Indian food in the Mission! We are vegetarian and we shared the kara dosa (spicy dosa), gobi manchurian, Vijaywada paneer biryani, and the mint lemon soda. All of the food was flavorful, fresh, spicy (we requested spicy food), and delicious. The gobi manchurian was crispy, dosa was tasty and the mint chutney specifically was amazing, and the paneer biryani was delicious and authentic. We enjoyed the leftovers the next day. The restaurant was spacious, airy, and bright. We also used a high chair and there was a lot of space between tables for the high chair and for people to walk comfortably so you didn't feel claustrophobic or boxed in. "Shocked that I didn't 5-star them when I first tried a few months ago. Tandoori Chicken is great, mildly spiced and not boring, made a good road trip lunch. Calamari Pakoras were unusual and very satisfying. Kabuli Naan was also good - a bit decadent, sweet flatbread - as was the Nimbo Pani, which was lemonade plus a bit of proprietary flavouring. Big kudos for Chicken Salad, which is a nice fresh greens salad with a packet of tandoori chicken bites you mix in to keep from getting bored. I loved it all, can heartily recommend and will return myself."

"Extra Spicy" was mild for me but I def welcome the little bit of bite. The tamarind sauce is thin but legit, the green chutney is thick and also not too sweet or sour, exceptional. Nan is nan but they do that right too. Excellent quality meal."

"Baigan Bharta and Boti Kabab are excellent. Baigan can be difficult to cook but Royal Indian Cuisine has mastered the spice mix and the texture. The spices in the Boti Kabab are well balances and the meat tender. The portions are generous. If you're not accustomed to the heat level of South Asian cuisine, please note that "spicy" really is very spicy. It was just right for me. I've had a hard time finding good Desi food and am so happy to have finally found a winner in Royal Indian Cuisine."
