The butter chicken was okay. I've tried better. But the dessert was horrible. I ordered 2 Ras Malai. It was my first time trying it or ordering it and I googled it. To me it looked like two wet spongy ball cakes in condensed milk or in some milky sauce. What I received was just one portion instead of two but that's okay, I got a refund and it looked like two mozzarella balls swimming in milk. So I didn't judge what it looked like and decided to try it anyway and it wasn't good. It was semi-sweet and just had a very weird taste for a dessert. I don't know if that's what this dessert is supposed to taste like or look like but to me it didn't make any sense. "The lunch was well priced and quite substantial and included both basmati rice and a large naan. I ordered the lamb vindaloo (spicy) and the aloo matar gobi (curry of potatoes, fresh cauliflower and peas (medium spice). There was a good amount of lamb and it was prepared spicy as requested but the balance of the other spices and flavors was still there. The vegetarian curry was a good contrast to the spicy lamb and would great on its own with the basmati rice. Lamb vindaloo is one of my favorite dishes and I will be ordering this again very soon. It is a good value for a complete meal with great taste."
