The Asada fries came with sour cream and guac on top, so the sour cream cooked in transition; those should have been on the side so it all was the right temperature. The Cheesecake cake was put on top of the hot food, so the whip cream melted. It also just plain tasted like low-quality frozen store-bought stuff with too much sour cream in the base. The "queso" js thick, yellow, unappetizing Tostitos or Velvetta melted, and the chips are certainly just store-bought from a bag, and a cheap brand at that.
