"Instr were follow by the staff, Single Bagel with Shmear was toasted and a good am on it. Maplehouse Egg Sandwich was delicious was cooked on the spot and not stale at all. The Blackberry Lemonade was refreshing ! Texas Brisket Sandwich was good as well just ha to cut in half to eat. It came with napkins and a knife which is very nice!! Some always forget and our bag was sealed and I was very pleased with the outcome of ordering "

"This review is only made based on one order and the knowledge that this is a brand new location and they have not gotten their processes down yet. The bagels themselves tasted fresh and delicious! However, the quality of what was on the bagel was far different from the usual EB standards. I ordered without egg, it still came with egg, when I removed it the entire bagel was warm, like it was freshly toasted, but the egg was cold, as if it was refrigerated and then put onto the hot bagel. Very odd. The usual things that come on this bagel were extremely limited for how large of a bagel it was. Normally this bagel is filled at the other locations, this one had barely anything on it. If I would have gotten the plain bagel, it would have been delicious! But a cold egg on a warm bagel was gross. There was maybe 3 pieces of spinach on the entire thing, a lot of sauce, no tomato, and a very small amount of avocado, I didn't even taste it and only knew it was there because I could see a very thin amount when I pulled the egg up. This is not usual for EB so I'm hoping it gets better from here! "

"Love Bosa so much! It saddens me to give them less than 5 stars. The sandwiches are always bomb 11/10. My only issue with this order was my strawberry matcha latte. As you can see in the product photo the strawberry fills about 1/3 of the cup. The strawberry purée in my drink only filled 1/16th of the cup… it was basically a matcha latte. "
