"For fast food Chinese around the area Panda Express is my go-to. Being from San Francisco where Chinese food is plentiful and authentic it was hard for me to find good Chinese food around the area I live. So far Panda has been my favorite although I miss dishes like sub gum wonton, and beef chow fun. The brocolli beef was impressive as the brocolli was cooked to perfection - not overdone or swimming in sauce. The orange chicken is tasty with some hot Chinese mustard and shoyu. "This was one of the worst orders ive eve had from Panda and I can't get anyone from the restaurant to answer the ph(them not answering has happened nearly every time ive had a problem with my food). The veg/greens are so burnt they are inedible and bc they were over AND under the chow mein, the chowmwin tastes like it too. The orange chicken was so overcooked /dry, it was hard to even chew it and the honey walnut shrimp was grease logged. The only thing edible was the egg -spring rolls! I would go back and get it replaced but due to my nueromuscular disability, I can't drive rn which is why I Doordashed it. I get panda express at least twice a week, usually 3-4 bc when it's cooked right, I LOVE it... ordering is like gambling tho bc you never know if itll be good! Over the last few months, It has been bad way more often than good (usually there will only be one or maybe two things that are problematic but this time it was virtually everything...that has happened a few other times as well (where I could not eat it AT ALL) . Sadly, they never answer the phone for me to be able to complain. The people who work there are very kind, but the inconsistency in the food quality is making it bad enough that I don’t know if I’m gonna be able to keep going back even tho iceave it often. I have already wasted at least $300 on “bad orders” in the last few months…each DoorDash order is between $25 and $35 and even more if multiple family members are getting it with me now that I think about it it’s probably way more than $300 that I’ve wasted on bad food from them. I WISH THEY COULD BE CONSISTANTLY GOOD, THEY NEED SOMEONE TO TASTE EVERY SINGLE BATCH OF FOOD BEFORE THEY PUT IT OUT, that would solve the problem! "

I'm not sure if it's the oil they use or the frying method but they come out as borderline stale. This is the third time I've ordered them and each time is the same. The sauce they give you is not potsticker sauce, it is more like a teriyaki sauce. Dipping the Potsickers in a teriyaki sauce makes them far too sweet. I hope they change the sauce at the very least, that way you can use it to mask the stale crunch of the potsticker. As for now, I won't be ordering their Potsickers again. "
