You can tell they have been smoked in a bbq pit. Many bbq places say they're smoked, when they have been baked, or cooked in a rotisserie, with smoked flavouring, or smoked bbq sauce put on them. The reason for the 3 stars is the length of the ribs are not true to the St Louis style of ribs. This order was over $ 17.00, when it should of been less because they're shorter ribs. The ribs are true to the smoke pit flavor. I would recommend if you're graving ribs with that smoke pit taste. But don't expect the size of the ribs to be the normal size of a St Louis style rib... I love me some BBQ."
