One of my go-to dishes, the Pad Thai, used to be flavorful and generous in portion — especially with the chicken. Lately, I’ve noticed significantly less chicken included with each order, making it feel more like a side than a main dish. Additionally, I’ve repeatedly requested a specific spice level, and more often than not, it’s either far too mild or unexpectedly spicy — completely inconsistent with what I asked for. It’s disappointing when a dish arrives and it’s not prepared to your preference, especially when you’ve made it clear. "I have eaten Ramen at almost every restaurant in Ventura County and by far this one is my favorite. The broth of the spicy tonkotsu ramen is rich and can tell that it was made with love and time. I think I have ordered this exact dish at least 15 times now in person and through DoorDash. I appreciate their attention to packaging for DoorDash. The broth comes separate from the soup ingredients so your meal does not get soggy until you are ready to eat it. I do wish there were levels of spicy like in a Thai restaurant, but it is a good level of spicy without it being overpowering to the dish. I also really enjoy many other dishes from this place, the dumplings, the Thai tea, and the mango smoothie are also amongst my favorites. If you have a chance, check it out in person they have super cute chairs that have bulldogs on them. "

"I have ordered from KungFu Noodles several times and they have yet to let me down. First I tried their Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and let me just say broth was robust and full of flavor and that was my go to until I tried the Spicy Beef Noodles Soup. Now it is spicy but it is not too spicy (for me) and the broth and noodles are delicious and are perfectly seasoned. I also very much enjoy their Fried Chicken Wings with Lemon pepper seasoning.
