"1. The tortilla strips were not inside the Nacho Crunch Beef Burrito, instead it was a disgusting stale HARD SHELL broken into pieces inside a soft shell. VERY VERY STALE. You can't substitute like that. People don't order specific items to be given a horrible DIY fix from a restaurant. Absolutely the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten from there.
