"Called and asked for some extra vegetables since management has not opened additional comments on Door Dash. The staff just put the equivalent of 2 small cans of black olives on both halves of a 12" sub, when I asked for extra Spinach, Onion, Green Peppers. Hot meatall Subwas rushed. I called immediately after placing the order and they told me it was already done within one minute. Turned into mush by the time it got to me. They seemed put off to add extra ingredients. usually Subway does a good job, but whoever was being spiteful ruined the sandwich buy literally putting fistfulls of olives on the sandwich when I didn't even ask for that.
These are all specifications you can put on the subway app easily. if management would open up order comments it would save the staff hassle, and the customers from having horrible experiences like this. I order from here regularly, and pay full price and then some through Door Dash, which is expensive, and you have to call for any specifications."
