"The smallest portion chicken was received in the Reds 3 piece hot satisfyer, chips were under cooked, potato and gravy was just mash potato with a drop of gravy. I didn't realise that the burger was deconstructed and I had to build it myself. Onion rings were perfect except for the fact that large box was only 3/4 full. "

"Ordered a 2 piece value pack with an Extra Potato and beef Pie for $10.50 . Did not receive the Potato Pie, instead they put in a party pie. When rang to complain we were advised the "person who took the order says they put it in so..sorry nothing we can do"! Was told to take it up with door dash.. I spoke to a male and his customer service was appalling, I told him I dont appreciate being lied to and hung up, we have pictures and know what we ordered. Take some ownership! What a gross place. Pies took an hour and 15 to come and were cold just like your customer service. O stars if I could!! "
