"It's a cold Wednesday evening, I am sitting in my car, waiting for my meeting to start while my stomach growls at me---begging for care in the form of delicious warm food. As I scroll through the abundant options on this app, my eyes are stolen by the colorful displays of food from Patar Shawarma. so I said to myself, "this looks good", and placed an order, thinking that it was just another shawarma place in Glendale that was going to do the job of shutting my stomach up. But I was mistaken. When I finally got my order, I opened the chicken Shawarma plate and was immediately greeted by the aroma of a grill. I began to indulge. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The rice, serving as a plain and simple pallet cleanser. The fresh garden salad, as if it was picked from the Garden of Eden. The grilled potatoes, ohhh how warm, soft, and salty they were. And last but not least, the side of pickles so fresh that it reminds you of your Soviet grandma taking out a glass jar of her basement stored pickles. To wash it down, I got a Mexican coke because natural sugar cane tastes so good. As I conclude my experience, I want to thank the chefs, which this meal would not be possible without, and the owners, whose attention to care translates from the kitchen into the belly of many hungry Americans in Glendale, just before their weekday meeting."

I got the grilled salmon platter. Ordinarily, I have gotten a platter just like this from other places with serving sizes that were moderate to decent. The serving size is incredibly generous. The rice, salmon, and tabouleh were all well flavored and paired nicely with one another. Everything was tasty but I really want to place emphasis on the rice for sec; it is absolutely DELICIOUS. Some places treat rice as a blank canvas, but this rice could be a star all on its own! If you haven't given this place a try, do yourself a favor; you get more than a bang for your buck. Salad on Chicken Breast Plate was really good as well, it wasnt overpowering at all like some Cole slaws can be. They give you salt and pepper packs if you need some more salt on your meat,(it was perfect for me though the salt and spice ratio).
