I ordered the black bean burger, and it was very clearly a pre-processed, store-bought patty — the kind you can pick up in the freezer section at a grocery store. It was placed on a soggy, doughy white bun that also tasted mass-produced. There was nothing about it that suggested it was house-made or thoughtfully prepared. Black bean burgers are simple, inexpensive, and incredibly easy to make from scratch. There are countless recipes that are flavorful and fresh. When I order from a restaurant, especially at that price point, I expect food that’s actually made — not something I could microwave myself at home. Really disappointing experience overall."
