I don't know what I expected for the Sambar Rice but it's literally soup with rice. Sambar comes with the dosa and rice comes with ... something.. .so we already had those 2 ingredients so getting sambar rice didn't really add anything. The Apollo Fish, Navaratan Kurma were great. the Dal Tadka was surprisingly too spicy. Re: the Masala Dosa ... you might think not to order because of course it won't be as crispy as in person, but it was surprisingly good. My son loves it and even liked it in delivery mode, i.e, folded into a container. I hate their use of styrofoam. They used reusable plastic containers for the fish, kurma, chaat, and dal, but used styrofoam for the rice and the dosa. I wish they would do buffet on weekends. They said they did that pre-covid."
