"So, we got a Hana Plate (Chicken Katsu, Teriyaki Chicken, and Shortrib w/ macaroni salad), Chicken Katsu, and Musubi.
This...place...has an aversion to salt and pepper. Not one of any of the meats was seasoned. The sauce on the shortribs and teriyaki was VERY light---barely tasted different from just having plain chicken and beef.
I suspect this is because they expect their Katsu sauce to do the heavy lifting---it is EXCEEDINGLY vinegary, like they took A1 sauce and added MORE to it.
ALSO! The Musubi ordering is VERY misleading---it is, in fact, $3.50 for ONE Musubi. Not the four shown in the photo. In no spot under the menu item does it say this.
If there was one bright spot, it was the Macaroni Salad. But, that's not worth the $60 spent in Store fees, delivery fees, and dasher fees."
