"We order from here alot! One of our go-to restaurants and the food is really good. With that said this time the Hand Dipped Fish & Chips left something to be desired. It didn't even seem like the regular fish they have. It was almost minced on the inside and a small portion for the price. I will assume it was just an off night.The Score Burger was really good & tater tots were crispy & delicious. All in all, always a great place to eat."

"I ordered a Custom Thin Crust pizza and an order of Italian Cheese Bread. Almost $30 spent, and my thin crust is soggy (normally they are like a cracker (which is why I get them) out also has burnt edges, that they just left in the box. My ICB was not only over cooked, but all the seasoning they put on it, was literally on the middle. So it makes it very hard to eat. I called the store, and of course they can't refund me the money but they put me on a remake list... The girl I spoke to at the store was very kind and she at least deserves 4 stars 🌟 herself. I'm so very disappointed!!!"

Then I noticed the Smokehouse Brisket meal I ordered was so small and not as advertised, I've bought them previously and never seen them this small. 2 small pieces of meat barely any cheese and mushy fried onions. The drive through person mentioned their now making smaller smoke briskets but the advertisement shows a much larger sandwich and the price is still the same not lower to match the product given. Won't be ordering from them again, not worth what their charging and given false advertisement. So disappointed I really liked this location but clearly went downhill."
