I honestly can't tell you which one we liked best. The Picatta was so flavorful...lemony, salty, a little briny from the capers. I mean, it was amazing. And they didn't skimp on the sauce. The Marsala was also a winner. Hearty, full of flavor and lots of delicious mushrooms. The chicken was good quality and prepared well, too! If I had to pick, I would say the Marsala was best if the evening was cool and you wanted something hearty and comforting without being "too much".
