"I wanted to be mad at India Flame. They sent the food and neglected to include utensils, though specifically requested. I'm at a hotel and having to go out to get to the lobby to get them defeats the point of delivery to my door. I wanted to be mad, but the food was DELICIOUS! The Samosas were perfect. The Garlic Naan was just right. The Mixed Grill was terrific (and actually A LOT of food packed into that tiny foil pan)! The Mango Lassi was just what I needed (they remembered a straw, but forgot cutlery). And the Gulab Jamun was the only thing that wasn't stellar. They were good, two to an order, but not WOW good. No points off here, just know that they're fine. So, I'm thinking you can't go wrong with anything you order. Just be sure to have extra napkins and your own cutlery if you're at a hotel."

While I understand that everyone has different preferences, I felt it was important to politely share my constructive feedback with the manager/owner (who I believe was the elderly woman I spoke with). To my surprise, she dismissed my concerns, stating that the rice was "supposed to be" that way. This response was dismissive and lacked any understanding of customer feedback. Given the consistently high quality of food at the Yogis in Scottsdale location on Shea, this experience in Chandler was particularly disappointing.
