I don't expect gourmet meals from KFC, but this "sandwich" was soggy and flat, the onion rings were falling apart, and their sauce was not good. They created a sauce for this item I think, then slathered it on with mayo. Forget the sauce + mayo, just get one or the other. It was the reason for the sogginess. Then, after all that, there were pickles on the bottom. Some people like chicken and pickles, but I think they must all be pregnant women. I will be more discerning if there is a next time, because there was a large portion of chicken in the sandwich and that part was good. My recommendation is customize, customize , customize!
