"I've ordered delivery from this IHOP a few times and have always been relatively satisfied. However, this time, I was really disappointed. I ordered the new Coffee Cake Pancakes - Short Stack and the Cinn-A-Stack® Pancakes and neither of them came with icing or whipped cream. So, I essentially got 6 pancakes with cinnamon and syrup. The coffee cake crumbs they gave tasted stale and had an odd odor. This isn't the first time they have forgotten the additives which is why I'm frustrated now. I had a gift card that was effectively wasted since I didn't get all of what I had ordered. The only saving grace here were the crispy Hash Browns."
