"During the pandemic, this was probably the best virtual brand on the app. Since then, it's taken a gradual turn for the worse. Wings often arrive over charred yet still somehow not quite hot enough. The variety and quality of sauces have lessened, and the past few orders I was given burnt garlic knots. Perhaps its parent restaurant has recovered nicely (which is great), but it's still a shame to see a once good brand degrade.
