"Came with no ice and lukewarm. Was working at a restaurant that is literally across the street, and it wasn't even 30 minutes? So why was it so warm??? The tea tastes good, but melted ice doesn't really add to the flavor, lukewarm tea isn't really what I payed for. Sizes are great. The prices is fine if you get ice (ONE drink had a good amount of ice) Got a call regarding my order, they specified that they don't add sugar to the wintermelon tea, but it forced me to select a sugar level???? Feels like there needs to be some reorganization, and maybe someone should check if their ice maker works."

The mashed potatoes were perfect — creamy, flavorful, and even better with extra gravy. The fries were a bit cold when they arrived but still seasoned well and surprisingly tasty. Now, that chicken? Absolute perfection. Crispy, juicy, and dipped in the gravy, it’s next-level comfort food. I could eat that every day and never get tired of it. The biscuits were soft, buttery, and melted in my mouth — a great way to end the meal. Overall, everything was delicious and worth the money. I highly recommend giving Jollibee a try if you haven’t already — it’s comfort food done right!"
