I was worried that they would be too big and gummy (I usually order fried wings extra crispy but since these weren't fried I knew I'd be taking a chance) but they were perfectly cooked and not huge. Seasoned very well. The half slab of ribs was so tender and perfectly seasoned, didn't even use the sauce they provided. The collard greens were great as well.
