"If I could write a whole essay about this food I would, I LOVED EVERYTHING! Horchata was sweet and refreshing unlike pop, my favorite out of the 4. Corundas - Queso/Cheese reminded me of tamales, they made it well. If you havent tried the Corundas - Queso/Cheese it kinda taste as if you mixed corn and flour and steamed it. Doesn't sound appealing but its really good. If you've had moi moi before then think of that consistency but corn. The meat in the Carnitas Taco tasted great with all the sauces and toppings on the side. The Chicharron tasted just as I thought, I've seen people hype it up on Tiktok and I was confused because I grew up eating something similar and I didnt really enjoy it. I still don't like Chicharron but I guessed it's a refined taste. Definitely eating here again. Clearly authentic Mexican food."
