The other star markdown is from the prep time. Everything is pre-packaged, not made fresh to order, which should be maybe 5 minutes of prep time - throw items in bag. My Dasher had to wait at the location for close to 20 minutes waiting on my order to be 'prepared' aka placed in a bag.
I do highly recommend the Scratch Dirt Cake Ice Cream (1 pt) though. It's really good!"
