"My coffee was not made correctly and when I ordered a Cold Brew with Cream and Sugar, usually that entails for it to be pre mixed. However this particular time they did not make it that way and gave my dasher a huge issue about it and stated that "if I wanted it to be made that way then I should have rung it up that way." This behavior was extremely unprofessional and very rude. When they were expected to have placed a tamper proof sticker on my drink per the request of not only myself but my dasher as well, they were rude and did not want to comply at first.
