"I splurged on a Filet Thermidor for NYE*, and while pleased with the "thermidor" (a hearty dose of tender and flavorful lobster meat in the sauce), the filet might barely qualify as rare with a dark red center and only the slightest trace of pink around the edge (ordered medium rare). The "seasonal vegetables" is fresh broccoli blanched for no more than two minute and dusted with a mildly sweet flavor that doesn't stand up against the mostly-raw veg. The bread/seasoned oil is lovely, and the potatoes are good. But I also ordered a BOWL of Corn Chowder & Lump Crab, which tastes nice; but the 8 oz container is only half full. I believe that the restaurant would make these slights right, but DoorDash's bots don't care about much beyond missing/wrong food. So...I wanted to love my $60 NYE dinner from Bonefish Grill, but I'd have been better off ordering a side of theridor sauce and making the rest myself. * ordered before 6p to avoid peak"
