Crispy & juicy. The lettuce & cherry tomato on the side of the meal is ruined because of the heat from the food and is only for decoration, not eating. To be honest it has a decent base, it wasn't watery and had full passionfruit flavor, but the lack of sugar made it taste so sour, no sweet balance. Get the soursop instead. The mayoketchup is good, they added extra seasoning to make it a unique dipping sauce."
