"My side of guacamole had large avocado seed shards in it and a mess ask over the bag (not the driver's fault). My daughter's kids' meal came with a "side of fruit" but that side turned out to be a mandarin orange (cutie) smaller than a golf ball. usually Chipotle is better than this. The driver was prompt and very pleasant."

"This specific store is extremely annoying to deal with. I made a timed delivery order and it has taken an hour and a half to just be ready. Initially, I wouldn't be annoyed because it's during a lunch rush, and I understand that it gets busy. However, when I called the store to just get an update on it, I spoke to an automated robot who answered nothing and kept telling me I couldn't speak to a staff member unless it was something really important. When I asked about my order, they said to check the order confirmation. I already did that, it was confirmed. I’ve paid and waited. I just wanted a time update. No help whatsoever. Customer service through an automated robot is a joke. All it could do was take my order but every other question was an excuse to not help and to not talk to a real person. I wouldn’t suggest ordering from this place as if something goes wrong, you’ll get through to no one. On top of this, I ordered extra steak in my burrito bowl and got the beer minimum. I wouldn't even say this is the normal amount of steak needed. I have about five small pieces of steak and the rest I lettuce and cheese. For paying extra, or paying at all for steak, this is extremely disappointing. Overall, I will not order from this place again."
