For all the care that goes into packaging for cupcakes, tossing the Lemon Bar into a brown paper bag feels careless. For the cost of these, I think there should be better packaging for transit. Preferably something recyclable or made of recycled materials. This isn't my favorite bakery I've tried in Philly. There are other area bakeries that just make more moist cupcakes and more acidic lemon bars. I did order these items at the end of the day, but I'm comparing these to when I ordered from another local bakery at the end of the day. I would say, if you're having a large corporate event, these cupcakes will likely travel well. There will be no concerns about icing moving. But if you're ordering because you have a craving of a really moist fluffy cupcake, that you need to squash, this isn't the right place for you. "
