The clear soup had a good flavor; but I would not rate it as high as I would at other Japanese restaurants. It was more like flavor enhanced water with green onions and thin slices of mushroom added just before serving, rather than a rich broth. It had no fried onions. I assume it was because my order was "no onions"; however, it did have green onions. 🤷♀️ The reasons I gave this restaurant just 3 stars: (1) The kani crabmeat was questionable. It had random dark spots. It wasn't discolored from the sauce/dressing. (2) Most everything lacked seasoning and pink sauce was 👎🏼."
