"I got veggie plate with Mac, sweet potatoes casserole, green beans. Portions always good. The Mac was a bit wet today but flavor and noodles good. Always fresh and hot to touch even after delivery. "Beef Tips & Rice were well portioned and flavorful it is a favorite of mine. I also got Sweet Potato Casserole it's so good and the melted marshmallow they use is amazing on the taste buds. I ordered the Banana Pudding as well it had a lot of cookies in it just like I like and some bananas, but it was well balanced out. The strawberry cobbler pie was good and the yeast rolls are always soft and fresh. One thing I can say is I love how Jackson's Cafeteria packs their food. If they have a side they know will run together with another food they pack it separately in another container. It's very neat and thoughtful."
