"I have been in here two or three times, and they are significantly understaffed (usually takes 30ish minutes for two drinks, with only one or two people working). They are not grainy (like a lot of mathas are). It also didn't taste like they used old/cheap espresso in the latte, which is great! However, I would love if their beverages could come in different sizes (they are presently only one size) I personally thought the milk cake was too sweet for my preferences, but others with a major sweet tooth would probably like it!! It also seemed extra wet? Idk lol They have huge croissants also (included in this review) I really like the atmosphere and potential in this store! I will be returning :)"
