"I've ordered the Beef Chow Fun was extremely gristly & tough. I've had it via delivery many times and it's usually so tender you could eat it with a spoon. It seems like the beef hadn't finished braising, so the seared it quickly to make it look done, which is a rookie home cook mistake that made the meat incredibly tough. It was the first time I've eaten Beef Chow Fun with a steak knife. About half was inedible gristle. It was perfectly seasoned. I would like a refund for the Beef Chow Fun. Chicken Dan Dan noodles were very soggy but the chicken & chili crisp made it salvageable after a toss in a hot wok. The flavor was incredible so no refund requested. I expect more from a $20 & $18 price point for Chinese takeout noodles."
