"First, let me start by saying that I was so excited to try this place! Fresh sourdough, housemade ingredients, 5 star rating, etc.
What a disappointment. It's never my goal to leave reviews without considering the people who it might affect - but in this case - my heart is with the potential future customers.
The meat on the French Dip was SO unbelievably salty! Like, beyond just "personal" preference - it was inedible! And believe me, I tried! (Read on if you'd like to know how.)
The beef was also incredibly rare. While this may be more of a personal preference concern, I really think CPR could've brought it back to life!
As someone who doesn't back down from a challenge - I decided to remove the meat and cook it longer! In hopes of: remedying the rareness, and cooking out some of that salt bath it must've had!
This helped - but only a little. Ultimately it's left for you to decide if all of the above was worth it or not.
Also of note: the gluten-free brownie is pre-packaged. This could be a selling point or non-selling point depending on your preference, but for nearly $5 I was hoping for a homemade treat.
Would I try this place again? Possibly after more honest reviews come in and I can trust that they've eased up on the salt!"

"The Iced Shaken Espresso is a perfect balace for those that like the extra tang of a ice chilled shaken epresso. I got mine with white chocolate and it pair so nicely with the chocolate/nutty undertones of the expresso beans and the milk just adds a hint of silkiness to the delectable drink. It's the definition of love at first sip. As for the Lemonade I added strawberry as it was for my kid. Of course I snuck a sip and it was delightful for these hot summer days. The strawberry flavoring wasn't strong and there's no syrup after taste or effect like you'd normally get."

"The Full Salad Pairing Greek salad was probably the best I've had in Chattanooga! Every ingredient was top tier. The potato salad was decent, but a little too much mayo and relish, plus it says it has egg but I didn't see or taste any.

"This pathetic meal cost me $38!! The tiny salad was $11.00. The steak was refrigerator cold. There wasn't any dressing on the salad or anywhere in the bag. I ordered extra peperoncini; I got maybe 6 slices. I paid for extra toasted pecans; mmm, stale not toasted. I ordered extra croutons; there were 5. I have NEVER received a salad soooo small.
Then the $17 soup with a side. The bread that was with the soup was the biggest item. The soup (tomato &basil) was ok but not worth the money. Just pick up some Campbell's tomato bisque; it is better. The Mac and cheese was good but couldn't save the meal and my disappointment. Go anywhere else. "
