They hung up each time barely letting us explain, and they were extremely rude. Yes we understand that the damages, and leaking of the one dessert could have happened in transit, but that seems unlikely. Driver appeared to handle with care, gave no indication it was mishandled, he had high reviews, and very polite. Yet it was poorly packaged to begin with, one was upside down in its container, one was partyly open, all in a much to large of bag, stapled to the extreme at the top of bag, leaving no support. The desserts themselves were ill portioned/or simply given the non- desirable pieces, each extremely, two unlike in the description, and just not well prepared.
