So all of a udddm I'm getting a message from them that they're sorry and gave me some options including a refund on the item. The issue was resolved in thirty seconds, -1-2-3 done. How fabulous. I will be a devoted fan of Door Dash henceforth, and since I order lunches or dinners an average of 25/30 times a month, this means something! Ok, now to the food. Once again very tasty meal. The fish fillets were so well seasoned and the shrimp were yummy. I do think you need to reconsider the requirement that when you buy the fried clams you must get a drink which is a forced upsell. Shame, shame now. I wanted the gallon of sweet tea which wasn't part of that mandatory upsell so you made me spend almost $4 unnecessarily. Again, your meal was very satisfying once again. Thank you. The dumplings are extremely salty and as thick as my finger. After chewing for 10 seconds it's just a mouthful of very smarmy flour paste. It's also extremely dense and in away hard. The Pinto beans are so dry it's like eating bean powder, along with the meatloaf and hash casserole. And once again they forgot to include the condiments that go with the beans and greens. The greens have zero flavor, but that was fortunately something I could save by adding things from my kitchen. The last time I ordered from here, I purchased biscuits and gravy and they sent everything but the gravy. The portion of the apples and meatloaf were small as well. "I wanted to try something different, and I'm glad I tried. Lechon Kawali was cooked perfectly. crispy on the surface and tender in the middle. The Pork Lumpia 4 Pc was still hot and crisp and the filling was well seasoned. Pandan Cupcake was light and fluffy, not overly sweet frosting. Everything was delicious"

"The Ube Macadamia Nut Cookie were so stale and hard they should have been thrown out awhile ago. I would have maybe passed that off as a mistake except the Cassava Cake was hard and stale too not even edible. I paid extra for garlic rice and they gave me the smallest amount. It's literally garlic and rice why be stingy when you already charged me extra those arent even expensive ingredients. "
